Matrix Karaoke KTV is at 124 Road 9A in the Trung Sơn residential area of Bình Chánh, on the edge of District 7. Its official website also gives the address as 124-130 Road 9A, and it belongs to what the operator calls the Matrix group: Monaco (130), Boss Villa (132), GCL (12-14), Dragon Palace (151) and China Town all sit on the same road. Trung Sơn has become one of the city's busiest KTV strips, popular with residents of nearby Phú Mỹ Hưng.

Rooms and atmosphere

The venue's pitch is that no two rooms are alike. Walls and ceilings are wrapped in LED panels, and the sound and lighting equipment is imported. The official photos show rooms themed around deep space, star fields and neon tunnels, and the façade, with its glowing "KARAOKE MATRIX" sign and arched windows, is hard to miss. Rooms range from compact spaces for a few friends to VIP rooms for larger parties, and the operator highlights easy parking.

How it works and pricing

A room list on the group's own website shows Matrix rooms at roughly 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 VND per hour, and booking sites list a super-VIP room at up to 1,600,000 VND per hour. Drinks, fruit and snacks are ordered separately, and, as at most local KTVs, optional table-service staff and the floor manager are tipped on top. The official site also sells prepaid membership packages, which may be worth asking about if you visit often.
