中文1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of HCMN Talk (the "site"), a community about nightlife in Ho Chi Minh City. By creating an account or posting, you agree to them.
2. Your account
One account works on the English, Korean and Chinese versions of the site. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything posted from your account.
3. What you post
You keep ownership of your posts and are responsible for them. You allow us to display them on the site. We may hide or remove, without notice, any content that:
- arranges or advertises prostitution or illegal sexual services, or involves minors in any sexual way
- relates to illegal drugs
- defames others or exposes personal information
- is a fake review, spam or undisclosed advertising
- breaks Vietnamese law or the law where you live
4. Not allowed
Impersonation, automated sign-ups or posting, disrupting the service and harassing other members are not allowed. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Venue information
Opening hours, prices and locations shown for venues and in guides reflect what we knew when they were written and can change at any time. Please check with the venue before you go. Any dispute between you and a venue is between you and that venue.
6. Points and levels
Points and member levels exist only inside the site and have no cash value. Points gained by abuse may be removed.
7. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from My account. Posts you already published are not removed automatically, so delete them first if you want them gone.
8. Changes
We will announce changes on the Notices board at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
