About China Town

ChinaTown Karaoke KTV is on Road 9A in the Trung Sơn residential area of Bình Chánh. Its own website places it at the Trung Sơn roundabout, and the group's site lists the address as C19/4A Road 9A. The venue describes itself as one of the brands of the Dragon Palace Karaoke group, which also runs Dragon Palace, Matrix, Monaco and Boss Villa on the same road. Note that it has nothing to do with Saigon's actual Chinatown in District 5.

Rooms and atmosphere

The official photos show some of the most elaborate rooms in the area: glossy marble floors with a rippling, water-like finish, LED screens that wrap around the walls and circular lighting rigs overhead. Rooms carry names such as CT01 to CT04, and the entrance lobby is done out in mirrors and neon. Testimonials on the site praise the spacious rooms, decent sound and friendly service, and several are written in Chinese, a sign of who the regulars are.

How it works and pricing

A booking listing from August 2026 (not an official price list) gave hourly rates of 1,200,000 VND for a standard room, 1,400,000 VND for premium, 1,600,000 VND for royal and 2,500,000 VND for the top S.Town suite. Drinks and fruit are extra, and listings for the group's venues mention a 5% service charge plus 10% VAT. Optional table-service staff and the floor manager are tipped separately, as is usual for local KTVs.
