90's House, officially 90S House – Private Lounge, is a karaoke venue and private lounge at 90-92 Lê Thị Riêng Street in District 1. When it opened in 2025 it billed itself as Vietnam's first personalised private-lounge concept, and it has a Facebook page at 90shouse.privatelounge. The location is central, a short ride from Bến Thành Market and the 23/9 Park area. The name appears in several spellings (90s House, 90 House), so go by the street address.

Rooms and atmosphere

Published descriptions put the count at 14 private rooms: smaller ones for five to ten guests and larger ones for fifteen to twenty. The design firm behind the fit-out describes a different concept in each room, including a games room with arcade machines and a futuristic pool table, a VIP room with a living plant wall and card and billiard tables, an Art Deco lounge and LED-driven party rooms. The mood is 1990s nostalgia given a modern, high-tech finish, and the selling point is that music, lighting and an in-room DJ can be tailored to each booking.

How it works and pricing

A booking listing from October 2025 (not an official price list) quoted hourly room rates of 690,000 VND for a small room, 990,000 VND for a medium room and 1,290,000 VND for a big room, with beer at 69,000 VND a can and fruit platters at 690,000 VND. Optional table-service staff and the manager and waiters are tipped separately, and extras such as a DJ set should be priced when you book.

The address is 90-92 Lê Thị Riêng, Bến Thành Ward, District 1. Published hours differ (one source says from 2 p.m. until the last guest leaves, others 5 or 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.), so check on the day.

Tips

• Request the room concept you want, such as the games room or VIP room, when you book.
• DJ and other add-ons are charged on top of the room; agree on the price first.
• Prime slots go early, so booking a day ahead beats booking on the night.
