Last time I was here some places shut way earlier than I expected. Is there an official closing time?

rules on hours aren't super clear and i've read different things. in practice some nights places close early if there are inspections around, other nights they run late

noise rules got stricter recently too, residential areas especially. don't plan your whole night around one late spot
