D7 for a long stay? quiet, green, a bit far

Doing 2 months in D7 near Phu My Hung with my partner.

Wide sidewalks (!!), parks, big supermarkets, very calm at night.

Downside is D1 is a 25 to 40 min Grab depending on traffic. Fine for us, we only go in on weekends.

    A bit, if you want nightlife every night D1 or Thao Dien is better.
