massage question: is cupping normal? and what's a fair tip?

Went for a regular foot/back massage and they asked if I wanted cupping. Is that a normal thing?

Also how much do people tip? Staying between D7 and district 2 thao dien, any difference?

    cupping is pretty common at traditional places, they ask first and you can say no. leaves round marks for a few days

    tipping is common for that but amounts tend to be fairly standard. just ask at the counter
