foot massage vs full body for jet lag? tried both

Landed after 20 hours of travel and my legs felt like concrete.

Day 1: foot massage. Mostly feet and calves, some shoulders at the end, you sit in a recliner fully clothed. Fell asleep halfway.

Day 3: full body. They give you loose clothes, much firmer, lots of elbow work on the back. Slept like a baby that night.

For jet lag specifically I'd say foot first, full body once you're settled.

Tell them 'nhẹ' if it's too hard and 'mạnh' if you want harder. Saved my shoulders more than once.

Tip is usually expected for massage. Amounts vary by place, I just ask at the counter what's normal.

Foot massage is my daily treat when I'm in town. Good way to escape the afternoon heat too.
