vinhomes central park or sunrise city for a month?

Looking at a 1 month apartment. Vinhomes Central Park (Binh Thanh) or Sunrise City (D7)? Also considered district 2 thao dien.

Do I need any visa paperwork to book, and are buildings strict about guests/smoking/noise?

central park is closer to D1 and has the park by the river. D7 is quieter. both fine imo

they'll want your passport and visa/entry stamp. landlord usually sorts the residence registration but not 100% sure on the rules, ask them
